Experience these small, customized mindfulness Yoga classes Students create healthy, sustainable, reliable progress by moving smoothly, mindfully and efficiently in their bodies.Sybil blends her therapeutic principles with her love for flow classes.

 

Healthy, seasonally-appropriate physical movement infused with soft, gentle Yogic philosophy reminders.

Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Meditation, and movement are all aspects of Yoga practices.
